OVERVIEW & PURPOSE

Do people often refer to you as “too sensitive” or “too emotional”? 

Are you overwhelmed, sad or stressed easily?  

Do you take on other people’s issues and concerns?

 

If you answered "yes" to any or all of the questions above, you may be a "sensitive".

 

OR

Maybe you recognize these characteristics in a friend or loved one?

In either case, the purpose of this workshop is to assist sensitive/empathic people (or their loved ones) in their personal acceptance and transformation of the Self.  As a sensitive person, everyday events can affect the relationship between health, work, others and even oneself.  This workshop will support a  better understanding of oneself, the energetic affects of the  world and methods of self-care to live a healthy and happy "sensitive" life.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Cheryl and Eva have organized the day into two sections: 

  1. Understanding the "Sensitive"

  2. Empowering the "Sensitive"

 

Part I:  Understanding the "Sensitive"

Before it is possible to learn how to integrate and empower ourselves in this world, we must have a better understanding for who we are and why we experience life as we do.  In this section, we will have a clear definition for what a sensitive is, learn about energy/vibration and practice working with the energetic field, take an assessment test to measure specific triggers and environmental factors.  Time will be interactive through group discussion, demonstrative activities and journaling. 

 

Part II:  Empowering the "Sensitive"

After a short break for lunch, we begin the magical moments of learning strategies of self-empowerment.  As a sensitive, it is very important that we are able to self-regulate our own system; especially in times of stress.  We will discuss various bio-hacks and practice using a variety of techniques that can be beneficial for keeping our system healthy.
